AS 63 EAllmäher

The AS 63 is the slope mower par excellence. With its pneumatic tires and differential lock, it climbs slopes with ease. The engine brake allows it to maintain the selected speed downhill without speeding up. Equipped with a cross-blade system, the AS 63 E-Allmäher easily cuts and shreds tall grass with light brush up to 90 cm high.

The new 56 volt AS-Motor Electric drive has the power of a conventional 200 cm3 gasoline engine. It is supplied with energy by two professional hand batteries with 10 Ah each. Together they provide an enormous 1.120 watt-hours of energy. For maximum range, a 28 Ah back battery can also be connected. With a record-breaking energy reserve of then 2.688 watt-hours. If an obstacle is overlooked, the motor and blade shaft separated by a blade clutch provides a high level of motor protection. The continuously variable Variomatic drive allows speeds of 2.0 – 4.0 km/h and can be adjusted on the fly. The reduction gear in the drive with a gear ratio of 1:13.44 gives the machine very high drive power. The lockable front wheels allow safe straight travel across the slope.

Only four operating levers control all functions of the AS 63 E-Allmäher: traction drive, parking brake, blade clutch, differential lock and Variomatic. When the traction drive is activated, the differential lock is automatically engaged. The differential lock remains permanently locked until the traction drive is disengaged. The automatic parking brake also offers a further safety aspect. As soon as the traction drive lever is released, the parking brake automatically engages, keeping the meadow mower safely stationary both on slopes and on level ground. The guide bar, equipped with a V-handlebar, ensures comfortable operation of the individual functions. The handlebar and bar can be adjusted laterally and in height without tools. For easy transport, even in a car, the guide bar can be folded compactly. In addition, hand-arm vibrations are reduced to a minimum by “VibartionProtect”. An optional mulching kit is available for a visually appealing cut in lower grass.
